| 摘 要： | 民族地区经济发展决定着西部大开发的成效。本文认为制约民族地区经济发展有九大制约因素 :自然生态环境的日趋恶化 ;保守落后的思想观念 ;社会发育程度低 ;交通落后 ,信息不畅 ;科学文化教育落后 ,人口素质低、增长快 ;经济基础薄弱 ,结构不合理 ;商品经济不发达 ,市场机制不健全 ;发展资金不足 ,经济增长乏力 ;改革滞后 ,软环境过“硬”。这九种因素相互作用 ,阻碍着民族地区的经济发展

| Abstract: | Economic development of ethnic areas is closely connected with the success of developing the west in China. The author holds that there are nine factors constrainting the economic development in ethnic areas, gradual deterioration of natural ecological environment; conservative and behind the times ideas; poor stage of social development; backward transportation;obstructed information dissemination;backward scientific and cultural education;low quality of people and fast growth of population; poor economic basis as well as irrational economic structure;undeveloped commodity economy;unhealthy market mechanism; insufficient developing fund; slump economic growth; lagging reform and "stiff" soft environment. Those nine factors interact and hinder the economic development of ethnic areas. |
