| 摘 要： | PBL与CBL是目前世界各高等院校广泛应用的教学模式。文章在分析传统内科学见习课局限性及CBL与PBL教学特点基础上,探讨将CBL联合PBL教学法引入临床内科学见习的教学,以提高医学生内科学分析解决问题的能力,创新精神和团队协作精神。

| Abstract: | Case-based learning（ CBL） and problem-based learning（ PBL） are widely used in teaching in universities across the world.Based on the analysis of the limitations of traditional pure-probation system and the features of CBL and PBL,we introduce CBL and PBL in clinical probation teaching on internal medicine. Therefore,the medical students can improve their abilities of solving problems,innovative spirit and teamwork spirit. |
