电能质量监测装置的优化配置

摘    要:提出利用线性规划原理对全网电能质量监测装置进行优化配置的方法.以构建监测网络风险水平最'低为目标和以全网各节点电压满足可观测为约束条件,建立电能质量监测装置优化配置的线性规划模型,同时给出评价监测网络性能指标.通过对算例的计算分析表明,该模型能够大大降低构建电能质量监测网络的经济成本,同时实现对电能质量大范围的实时监测,为以后电能质量实时监控提供良好的技术支持.

Abstract:Based on linear programming,a novel method is proposed to determine the optimum location of the power quality monitors.The basic idea is that on the basis of making the risk of monitoring network lowest and under the condition of observing all node voltage,the linear programming model of power quality monitoring system is build.At the same time,the performance index of the monitoring network is given in this paper.The analysis of the examples shows that the model can greatly reduce the cost of power quality...
