摘    要: 针对目前通风机的倒机方式存在的弊端,设计以S7-300 PLC为控制核心的通风机的不停风自动倒机智能监控系统。该系统可以对通风机各项参数进行实时监视,还可以由PLC引导自动完成通风机倒机过程,提高了矿井通风的安全性。实际应用表明,该设计方案有效地解决了通风机倒机时带来的瓦斯超限等安全隐患问题。

Abstract:According to the disadvantages of ventilator, the automatic switchover without off-blast monitoring system with S7-300 PLC as the control core is designed. The system can real-time monitor the parameters of the ventilator, and it can also finish the process of ventilator switchover automatically by the guidance of PLC, which improves the safety of the mine ventilator. The practical application shows that the design scheme solves safety concerns effectively, which is brought by the ventilator switchover, such as gas overrun etc.
