摘    要:设计了一种应用于DC/DC开关电源管理芯片的锯齿波振荡器,该电路利用内部基准电流源产生的电流对电容进行充放电,使得产生的锯齿波信号随电源电压和温度的变化较小,采用迟滞技术提高了锯齿波信号幅值.采用基于CSMC的0.5μmCMOS 工艺进行仿真.结果表明,该电路产生的振荡频率为5MHz,信号幅值为0-3V,电源电压在2....

Abstract:A sawtooth wave oscillator which used in DC/DC switching power management chip was designed,in which reference current sources are used to charge and discharge capacitor.The generated Saw-tooth signal has little effected by power supply voltage and temperature.The hysteresis technology was adopted to improve the signal amplitude.The circuit was simulated based on 0.5μm CMOS process CSMC.Simulation results show that the circuit has a 5 MHz frequency and a 0~3V amplitude.The variation of oscillator frequency is 6% in the range of supply voltage of 2.7~5 V and temperature of-20℃~120℃.With a high precision and a high stability,the oscillator has already used in the design of a DC/DC switch power management chip successfully.
