摘    要:3G的商用给远程监控系统带来了巨大的影响。文章基于3G设计了先进的、可靠的、低成本的全数字化内河水情监控系统,实现了远程视频监控和泵闸站的远程测控,使内河水情的科学调度及水闸泵站的无人化监控与管理成为现实。

Abstract:Commercial 3G has brought about great advances in remote monitoring systems.In this paper,an advanced,reliable,low-cost all-digital river regime monitoring system based on 3G has been designed.Then the remote video monitoring of the river regime and the remote control of the water gate and pumping station are realized.Therefore,the scientific management and immediate decision-making of the river regime,and the unmanned control of the water gate and pumping station become actual.
