摘    要:本文针对酒泉钢铁公司连铸机的实际生产情况,分析了影响连铸板坯中心裂纹的因素,提出了相应的预防措施。在设备管理上,确定铸机使用标准及精度值,保证连铸机良好的运行状况是防止产生中心裂纹的基础;在工艺操作上,通过控制钢水过热度、控制钢水硫、磷含量及适当降低二冷水强度有效地降低了板坯中心裂纹。

Abstract:In connection with the actual conditions of JISCO slab caster,the factors affecting the formation of the center cracks in continuous cast steel slabs were investigated and the corresponding countermeasures were put forward.For facility management,it was found that the standard and precision of the use of the continuous caster is confirmed and the pretty condition of the performance for the continuous caster is the foundation to prevent the center cracks of slab.For technological operation,the center cracks is effectively suppressed by control of the superheat degree of molten steel and the content of sulfur and phosphor and the less second cooling intensity.
