| 摘 要： | 本文主要讨论B2B电子商务与ERP在中国企业中整合应用的基本原理。文章首先分析了中国企业发展电子商务及ERP系统的环境、现状以及建设中存在的问题,然后剖析了两者的关系,得出要使两者对企业技术上有效,就必须将两者有机结合起来,以发挥其最大功效的结论。最后提出实现两者整合应用的基本模型。

| Abstract: | This paper mainly discusses the basic principle of the conformity application of B2B electronic commerce and ERP in Chi- nese enterprise.The artical first analyzed the environment and the present situation for Chinese enterprise to develop electronic com- merce and in the ERP system, as well as the the questions existed in the construction. Then the relationship of B2B electronic com- merce and ERP system was analyzed, and a conclusion was made which showed that to make two of them be technically effective to the enterprise ,they must be combined organically to display their biggest effect. Finally, a basic model to realize the conformity ap- plication of the two was proposed. |
