硅酸盐水泥与铁矾渣反应产物研究

摘    要:研究了铁矾渣与石灰和水泥的反应产物,并研究了水泥对重金属离子的固化能力。研究发现石灰加入量为10%时,铁矾渣完全分解。水泥也可将铁矾渣分解,分解产物也为氧化铁和石膏。用水泥对铁矾渣进行固化处理,固化体的浸出毒性符合国家标准要求。

Abstract:The reaction product of jarosite slag with lime and cement were studied, respectively. The solidification ability of cement for heavy metal ions was also studied. The result indicated that the jarosite slag was decomposed by adding a 10% lime. The jarosite slag was also decomposed by adding cement to obtain iron oxide and gypsum. Jarosite slag was solidified by using cement and the leaching toxicity of solidified body satisfied the national standards.
