| 摘 要： | 建设项目目标三角中,各目标是相互联系的,目标的规划和目标实施绩效的评估是目标控制的重要内容,只有对各目标进行集成的规划,并在实施过程中对其实施绩效进行评估,才能保证项目目标的实现。

| Abstract: | In the objective triangle of project construction,each objective is related to each other,the plan of objective and the measurement of performance is the key content of objective control.Only having an integrated plan and measurement of objective,the realization of project objective can be successfully achieved. |
