IGCC联产甲醇装置的变换与燃气热回收工艺

摘    要:根据IGCC联产甲醇装置的变换脱硫和燃气脱硫的工艺要求,分析了甲醇装置变换工序的全气量变换工艺和部分变换工艺的优缺点,确定了变换与燃气热回收工艺方案。其工艺流程和特点:以部分气量通过变换炉可控制较高的水汽比;部分气量通过中温有机硫水解槽将大部分COS转化为H2S,再分别送至NHD燃气脱硫工序和变换工序。应用结果表明,由于设置了中温有机硫水解槽,减少了带入后系统的COS含量,保证了变换气脱硫和燃气脱硫系统的稳定运行。
