摘    要:实验证明位错密度有两个量级差异的Fe-3%Si单晶体的延-脆转变温度几乎不变,但与Fe-3%Si多晶体的转变温度比较相去甚远。

Abstract:The ductile-brittle transition temperature of Fe-3% Si single crystals under tensile tests with strain rate varying from 5 × 10~(-1) s~(-1) to 5 ×10~(-3) s~(-1) was investigated. It was shown that the transition temperature is nearly independent of the dislocation density difference of two order of magnitude, but quite different from that in Fe-3 % Si polycrystal.
