| 摘 要： | 实训教学是培养职业经验和职业综合能力的最主要途径和手段。应用过程管理的方法构建实训教学质量管理体系,优化质量管理组织机构、搭建信息化、网络化技术支撑平台、完善质量监控标准,对教学过程所涉及的要素及活动进行全方位的管理、监控和反馈改进,从而全面提升实训教学质量,保障高职人才培养目标的实现。
