摘    要:针对彩色凹版印刷系统的特点,以PC机为主控核心采用增量式双模Fuzzy控制的方法,有效解决了高转速、变采样周期下彩色自动套印系统实时数据处理的问题。为减少各版之间的互相影响,避免出现套色偏差的积累,采用了各版都以第一版色标为基准的检测方法,同时解决了用硬件方法自动产生门信号的问题。实验表明,与常规控制方法相比,所提控制方法在综合考虑实时性和低成本的前提下,具有系统动态响应快、稳态误差小、控制精度高的特点。

Abstract:According to the working feature of gravure printing press,incremental double models fuzzy control algorithm based on PC is applied to the automatic color overprint system.The problem of the real time data processing is solved well under conditions of varying sample period and high rotate speed.In order to reduce the influence between channels and avoid the sum of the register error,a mew measure method based on the distance from the first channel color mark to the one of the others is applied to this system.Furthermore,the gate signal is generated by hardware circuit automatically.Experimental results indicate that the proposed controlling method is effective on improving the printing precision of the gravure printing press.
