供电公司工厂化检修管理体系的构建研究

研究是在国家电网公司实施＂两个转变＂、推行＂三集五大＂体系建设的大环境下开展的,积极探索工厂化检修是践行＂大检修＂的具体体现。本研究运用精益三角管理模型,从流程、管理和资源等三方面对工厂化检修模式进行分析,从组织机构、过程管控、资源配置等三方面对工厂化检修管理体系进行构建,保证工厂化检修工作有序高效的开展。该管理体系将能够推动电网检修从资源分散向优化配置转变、从粗放管理向精益运营转变,从而获得更大的经济效益与社会效益。

Research on Building Management System of the Factory Overhaul in Power Supply Company

The research is based upon the ＂Two Changes＂ and the ＂Intensive Management in human resources, financial resources, and material resources; Large-scale movements in programming, construction, operation, overhaul and production＂ implemented by the State Grid Corporation of China. The active exploration about the factory overhaul is specific manifestation of the ＂management in overhaul＂. The paper adopts Lean River Management Model. In order to ensure effective implementation of the factory overhaul, the paper analyzes the mode of factory overhaul in process, management and resource aspects and es- tablishes the management system of factory overhaul from orga- nizational structure, process control and the allocation of re- sources. The management system would enable the production of greater economic and social benefit by promoting the trans- formation of the grid overhaul from resources dispersion to bet- ter allocation of the resources and pushing the management from extensive management to lean management.
