| Abstract: | Objective To study the forming process of Zhideke granules.Methods The L9 (34) orthogonal experiment is used to optimize the volatile oil inclusion process;the influence of different excipients on particle formability,melting property,fluidity and hygroscopicity is investigated;the optimal excipients for preparing Zhideke granules are screened by the comprehensive score method,and determine the best ratio of auxiliary materials;use the relative humidity of the particles as an indicator to investigate and evaluate the particle molding,and screen out reasonable production process conditions.Results The best process of the inclusion compound is that the material ratio is 8∶1,the temperature is 40~50 ℃ and the stirring time is 1h;the best molding process conditions of the particles are dextrin∶sucrose=2∶1,with 95% ethanol as moist wetting agent,the obtained granule has a high molding rate,and the critical relative humidity is about 77%.Conclusion The selected excipients of the granules are reasonable,and the preparation process is stable and reliable,which can provide a basis for the industrial production of Zhideke granules. |
