摘    要:本文介绍了包括链置换扩增法、滚环扩增法、环介导等温扩增技术以及工具酶法在内的等温信号放大检测方法,并详细阐述了链置换扩增法和环介导等温扩增技术的原理、一种进行三重信号放大的新型滚环扩增策略以及脱氧核糖转移酶催化的新型生物条形码放大技术,并例举了一些以DNA银簇为免标记信号的等温放大检测方法的设计策略,对免标记信号的优点以及DNA银簇的研究价值进行了总结和展望.

Abstract:The isothermal signal amplified detections including strand displacement amplification,rolling circle amplification,loop-mediated isothermal amplification and enzymatic amplification are introduced.Meanwhile,the principles of strand displacement amplification and loop-mediated isothermal amplification,a novel rolling circle amplification strategy for triple signal amplification and a novel bio-barcode amplification technology catalyzed by deoxyribosyltransferase are illustrated in detail.Then,advantages of AgNCs such as biocompatibility,light stability,and low toxicity are briefly introduced.In addition,some detection strategies using AgNCs as label-free signal outputs are exemplified to prove its practicality.At last,summary regarding the benefits of label-free signals and DNA-AgNCs as well as research prospects are proposed.
