聚氯乙烯的热解特性和热解动力学的研究

摘    要:为了研究聚氯乙烯废弃物的热解特性,利用热重分析仪(TGA),在氮气气氛下进行热重实验。在不同流量、不同升温速率下对PVC进行热解,通过热重曲线和热重微分曲线分析其稳定性,建立反应动力学方程,揭示了PVC的热稳定性、热解反应级数和热解活化能。研究结果表明:热解过程可分为3个阶段,250~350℃为第一失重阶段,350-450℃为稳定阶段,450~600℃为第二失重阶段。PVC的热解为一级反应过程,两个失重阶段的热解活化能受氮气流量、升温速率影响稍有差异。
