舒芬太尼静脉镇痛在显微手外科术后对血管吻合成活率的影响

目的：探讨舒芬太尼静脉镇痛在显微手外科术后对血管吻合成活率的影响。方法：选取本院2011年1月-2013年1月收治的60例显微手外科手术患者作为研究对象，按照随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组各30例，观察组使用舒芬太尼用于术后镇痛，对照组使用哌替啶用于术后镇痛，比较两组患者术后疼痛水平、再植断指血管吻合成活率、疾病相关状态和生活质量间的差异。结果：观察组患者术后疼痛水平明显低于对照组，再植断指血管吻合成活率、疾病相关状态和生活质量均明显高于对照组，比较差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：舒芬太尼可以在显微手外科手术术后镇痛中发挥积极效果，可更有效地降低患者疼痛水平，提高患者再植断指的血管吻合成活率，改善其生活质量。

The Effect Analysis of Sufentanil in the Analgesia for Survival Rate of Vascular Anastomosis After the Microsurgery in Hand

Objective：To analyze the effect of sufentanil in the analgesia for survival rate of vascular anastomosis after the microsurgery in hand. Method：60 patients with the need of microsurgery in hand were selected as research objects in our hospital from January 2011 to January 2013.They were divided into the observation group and the control group,30 cases in each group.The control group was given pethidine in the analgesia and the observation group was given sufentanil.The difference of the postoperative pain levels,survival rate of vascular anastomosis,disease status and life quality between the two groups were compared.Result：The postoperative pain levels of the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,the survival rate of vascular anastomosis,disease status and life quality of the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Sufentanil can play a positive effect in the analgesia for survival rate of vascular anastomosis after the microsurgery in hand,with less postoperative pain,higher survival rate of vascular anastomosis,improve their quality of life.
