| Abstract: | The reason of labor shortage and difficult employment was analyzed in this paper to explicate the significance of the course Guide to Employment under this background, and to make in depth demonstration of present situation and the existing question. Some specific countermeasures and suggestions were put forward in view of employment guidance course in teaching mode innovation, teachers team construction and practical aspects. |
