摘    要:针对我国现有检测标准缺乏检测可靠性评定规范的现状,从不锈钢对接焊缝自动超声检测入手,尝试进行了基于概率统计理论的检测可靠性分析研究.基于重抽样技术,建立了适用于小样本数据检出率计算的Bootstrap模型,利用所建模型计算得到了不同缺陷、探头及扫查参数等情况下的缺陷检出率曲线,定量分析了不锈钢焊缝自动化超声检测的各个参数对检测可靠性的影响.结果表明,所建Bootstrap模型可以用于小子样情况下的自动超声检测可靠性的定量评定,从而保证检测结果的可靠性.

Abstract:The reliability of auto-ultrasonic testing is analysed based on the probability and statistical model for the purpose of formulating a reliability analysis criterion for nondestructive inspection in China.The Bootstrap model for small sample data is established based on the re-sampling technique.The probability of detection curves in different conditions are calculated based on the Bootstrap model and used for quantitatively analyzing the influence of inspection parameters on stainless steel auto ultrasonic testing result.The results show that the Bootstrap model is an efficient tool for the reliability analysis of inspection with small sample data,so as to insure reliability of inspection results.
