| 摘 要： | 目的观察心理安慰对老年人拔牙前后心率、血压及合作程度的影响。方法收集100例60岁以上老年人患者，随机分成心理安慰组50例、对照组50例；观察拔牙前后患者的血压、心率的变化及手术合作程度。结果2组比较患者拔牙前后的心率、血压变化及合作程度均存在统计学差异（P〈0．05）。结论对老年患者拔牙前提供心理安慰很有必要。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the effect of psychological comforting on the heart rate,blood pressure and cooperation degree of the aged people who experienced tooth extraction.Method 100 patients aged more than 60 years were divided into the psychologi-cal comforting group and the control group.Their heart rate and blood pressure were recorded before and after tooth extraction,and the cooperation degree in the operation was observed.Result: There was significant difference in the changes in heart rate and blood pressure before and after tooth extraction in statistics(P<0.05).The cooperation degree in the psychological comforting group was better than the other group(P<0.05).Conclusion It is necessary to provide psychological comforting before tooth extraction for the aged. |
