桑白皮总黄酮的镇咳祛痰作用

摘    要:目的研究桑白皮总黄酮镇咳祛痰作用。方法采用浓氨水、SO2小鼠引咳法,小鼠气管酚红排泌及大鼠气管毛细管分泌液模型,观察桑白皮黄酮的镇咳祛痰作用。结果125 mg.kg-1显著抑制浓氨水、SO2所致小鼠咳嗽潜伏期,减少氨水引咳次数,桑白皮总黄酮250 mg.kg-1显著减少SO2引咳次数。桑白皮总黄酮125 mg.kg-1增加小鼠气管酚红排泌,桑白皮总黄酮180 mg.kg-1显著增加大鼠气管分泌液。结论桑白皮总黄酮具有镇咳祛痰作用。

Abstract:Objective To study the antitussive and expectorant effects of the flavonoid of Cortex Mori (FCM). Methods The cough models were induced by ammomia and SO2 in mice, respectively. The excretory amount of sputum was determined by phenolsulfonphthalein excretion method in mice and the liquid excretion quantity of the airway in rats, respectively. Results The latency of cough induced by ammonia and SO2 in mice was significantly prolonged by FCM 125 mg·kg –1, and the number of cough was significantly diminished by FCM 125 mg·kg –1 in ammonia induced mice model and FCM 250 mg·kg –1 in SO2 induced mice model, respectivly.The phenolsulfonphthalein excretion quantity of tracheal in mice and the liquid secretion from the airway in rats were increased by FCM. Conclusion FCM had antitussive and expectorant effect.
