针药结合治疗精液异常不育症的临床观察

目的　观察针药结合治疗精液异常不育症的疗效。方法　采用针灸加中药 (二仙汤 )、西药 (克罗米芬 )两种疗法共观察精液异常症患者 38例。结果与结论　针灸加中药组 ( 2 6例 )和针灸加西药组 ( 12例 )的总有效率分别为 96 %和 6 6 .6 7% ,经统计学处理有显著差异 ( P<0 .0 5 ) ,针灸加中药组痊愈率为 38.4 6 % ,受孕率为 30 .77% ,均高于针灸加西药组 8.33%、8.33% ,但统计未见显著性差异。两组患者治疗后的精液量、液化时间、粘度、精子密度、死亡率、1h存活率均较治疗前有显著改善 ( P<0 .0 5 )。针灸加中药组患者治疗后诸症状较治疗前有明显好转。

Clinical Observations on the Treatment of Sterility due to Seminal Abnormality by the Combination of Acupuncture and Medicine

Purpose To investigate the curative effect of combined acupuncture and medicine on sterility due to seminal abnormality.Method Thirty eight patients with seminal abnormality were separately treated by acupuncture plus traditional Chinese medicine (Two Fairy Decoction) or plus clomiphene.Results and Conclusion The total effective rate was 96% in the acupuncture traditional Chinese medicine group (26 cases) and 66.67% in the acupuncture Western medicine groups (12 cases). Statistical analysis showed a significant difference ( P <0.05 ). The cure rate and the pregnancy rate were 38.46% and 30.77% , respectively, in the acupuncture traditional Chinese medicine group. Both of them were higher than 8.33% and 8.33% in the acupuncture Western medicine group, respectively, but there were no statistically significant differences. In the two groups of patients, seminal volume, liquefaction time and viscosity and spermatozoal density, death rate and one hour survival rate took a significant turn for the better after treatment as compared with before treatment ( P <0.05 ). In the acupuncture traditional Chinese medicine groups of patients, symptoms markedly improved after treatment as compared with before treatment.
