汾河灌区地下水合理利用与保护

地下水是水资源的重要组成部分,是人类生活、生产用水的重要水源,全面认识地下水,合理开发地下水,积极保护地下水已成为水资源可持续利用,人口、资源、环境和经济社会协调发展的迫切要求。文章分析了汾河灌区地下水开发利用现状及存在的主要问题,阐述了不合理利用地下水资源导致生态环境等多方面问题,并提出如何合理利用地下水资源。

Reasonable Utilization and Protection of the Groundwater in Fenhe Irrigation Area

Groundwater is one of the most important components of water resources and major sources for people＇s lives and pro- duction. It is the urgent demand of the sustainable development of water resources and the coordinative development of the population, envi- ronment, resources and the economic society to wholly understand it, reasonably develop it and actively protect it. The paper analyzes the current situation and some problems in Fenhe irrigation area, explains the ecological and environmental problems caused by irrational devel- opment of groundwater resources and proposes ways to use it reasonably.
