摘    要:陶瓷砖行业能耗高、污染大,国内外针对陶瓷砖企业的评价指标体系研究比较少。为了研究出一套合理的评价指标体系以加强对企业的管理,该文从陶瓷砖行业实际出发,以绿色评价内涵为基础,结合LCA思想,收集资源、能源、环境、消费四个维度,囊括法律法规和行业标准所规定的相关指标,采用模糊层次分析法,比较并确定各指标权重,最后计算了使用本文所构建的指标体系进行产品评价的得分,根据得分结果,为相关单位提供建议。

Abstract:The production of ceramic brick is knowingly high energy consuming and is also the main cause of the environment pollution.However,quite limited domestic and foreign studies have been conducted about the evaluation index system of enterprises involved.With the purpose of developing a reasonable evaluation index system to strengthen the management of enterprises,starting from the reality of pottery and porcelain brick industry,applying the LCA thinking,this article collects indices from four dimensions,namely,resources,energy,environment,and consumption included in related laws and regulations.The research methodology is indistinct analytic hierarchy process(AHP).The index weight is compared and determined,the final score of the product is calculated and evaluated based on the index system constructed in the article.Accordingly,the resulting score can serve as suggestions for the units concerned.
