| 摘 要： | 采用低能量氦－氖激光血管内照射疗法（Ｉｎｔｒａｖａｓｃｕｌａｒｌａｓｅｒｉｒｒａｄｉａｔｉｏｎｏｎｂｌｏｏｄ，ＩＬＩＢ）治疗脑梗塞４０例。结果：治疗组有效率９２．５％，与对照组差异有显著性意义（Ｐ＜０．０１），治疗组患者临床症状和体征治疗后明显改善。血浆中胆固醇、甘油三脂、血浆比粘度、纤维蛋白原、血沉治疗后明显降低，表明该疗法有调节脂质代谢，改善血液流变性质等功效。

| Abstract: | In order to study the therapeutic effect of low energy He Ne intravascular laser irradiation on blood(ILIB) on cerebral infarction,40 patients were treated with ILIB.40 patients for control were treated only with conventional drugs.The patients' symptoms and signs were obviously improved in the treatment group and the effective rate was 92.5%.Significantly different from the control group( P<0.01 ).The plasma cholesterol,triglyceride,plasma viscosity,fibrinogen and ESR decreased.The results suggest that the treatment can regulate lipid metabolism and improve the characteristics of hemorrheology. |
