水冷壁管壁温度波动原因分析

摘    要:锅炉水冷壁金融管壁温度的波动与水冷壁管横向裂纹失效有很大的关系。以SG1000锅炉和HG2008锅炉水冷壁壁温测量结果为对象,根据不同的管壁温度波动特点,结合炉内、锅内传热分析,提出了不同的壁温波动原因;炉内不稳定结渣的脱落造成了HG2008控制循环锅炉水冷壁壁温的波动;蒸干传热恶化导致SG1000直流锅炉水冷壁壁温的波动。

ANALYSIS ON CAUSES LEADING TO WALL-TEMPERATURE FLUCTUATION OF THE WATER-WALL TUBES
Abstract:The wall-temperature fluctuation of water-wall tubes is one of the important causes for transverse-cracking failure of water-wall tubes.Temperature measuring on the water-wall of HG 2008 and SG1000 boilers was carried out.Based on the results of temperature messuring and analysis on heat transfer in the boiler and furnace,different causes of wall-temperature fluctuation are proposed.For HG2008 boiler,the main cause was the shedding of unstable slag,whereas for SG1000 boiler the heat transfer deterioration due to dried-up evaporation in the tube was the main cause.
