乳腺癌钼靶X线表现与ER、PR及Her-2因子表达的相关性研究

摘    要:目的初步探讨乳腺癌钼靶X线表现与ER、PR与Her-2因子表达之间的关系。方法将93例乳腺癌患者钼靶X线表现肿块、钙化、病变区密度和结构扭曲与免疫组织化学测定的ER、PR和Her-2的表达进行对照研究。结果93例乳腺癌患者中,肿块边缘毛刺征者ER、PR阳性表达率高;病变区有钙化和结构扭曲者Her-2阳性表达率高;病变区高密度和结构扭曲ER、PR阳性表达率低;分支铸形钙化更倾向于Her-2高表达;肿块大小与ER、PR和Her-2表达均无关。结论乳腺癌钼靶X线征象和ER、PR及Her-2的表达有密切关系,在一定程度上反映了ER、PR及Her-2的表达状态,为乳腺癌的术前辅助内分泌治疗和预后评估提供更多信息。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the correlation between the mammogaphic features and the expression of ER,PR and Her-2 in breast cancer. Methods The mammographic features of 93 patients with breast carcinoma,including mass,calcification,lesion's density and structural disorder were comparatively analyzed with gene expression of ER,PR and Her-2 stained with immunohistochemical technique. Results Among the 93 cases,ER and PR positive rates were higher in spiculated tumor and Her-2 positive rate was higher in calcification and structural disorder lesions. However,ER and PR positive rates were lower in hyperdensity and structural disorder lesions. Her-2 positive rate was higher in branching calcification lesions. No correlation was found between the size of tumor and the expression of ER,PR or Her-2. Conclusion Some important mammographic features of breast cancer were closely related to the expression of ER,PR and Her-2,which can reflect the expressed state of ER,PR and Her-2 and provide more information about the preoperative adjuvant endocrine therapy and the evaluation of prognosis.
