没药炮制后对动物止痛及血小板粘附性的影响

摘    要:目的:研究没药炮制后的药理作用的变化。方法:用热板法和扭体法进行止痛实验:用体外血小板粘附率测定法测定血小板粘附怀,探讨没药炮制后是否有增强止痛和降低血小板粘附性的作用。结果:生没药和制没药都具有止痛作用,醋制后其作用更强,但生学药不能降低血小板粘附性,醋制后才具有降低血小板粘附性的作用。

Abstract:Objective: To study the change of pharmacological actions of Myrrh after processing. Method: In this alleviating pain test the methods of hot plate and wring body was used, and the adherence of platelet was determined by means of platelet adherence test in vitro. Through the experiment, it is indicated that either Myrrh or Myrrh that is processed by vinegar can improve the functions of alleviating pain and lowering platelet adherence or not. Result: It shows that both crude Myrrh and processed Myrrh posess action of alleviating pain, after Myrrh is processed by vinegar, its action is better, but crude Myrrh can not decrease adherence of platelet. Conclusion: Myrrh that is processed by vinegar has the action of decreasing adherence of placecet.
