定量组织速度成像评价尿毒症性心肌病左心功能

目的探讨定量组织速度成像(QTVI)评价尿毒症患者不同节段心肌运动,定量分析其左室心肌舒缩功能。方法应用QTVI技术对20例健康人(对照组)及48例尿毒症患者(不伴室间隔及左室后壁增厚的为1组,伴有两者增厚的为2组)分别进行不同节段心肌运动速度测量,即收缩期S波,舒张期E、A波,同时测定其相应的时间-速度积分(S-TVI)即位移的大小。结果尿毒症1组患者E波与对照组比降低,差异有显著意义(P<0.05),尿毒症2组患者S及S-TVI均低于正常组的相应心肌节段,差异有显著意义(P<0.05),而A与正常组比较差异无显著意义(P>0.05)。结论定量组织速度成像显示尿毒症患者左室心肌舒缩功能较正常人减低。

Evaluation Left Ventricular Function in Patients with Uremia Using Quantitative Tissue Velocity Imaging

Objective Quantitative tissue velocity imaging (QTVI) was used to detect the motion of different segmental cardiac muscles,and to analyze left ventricular regional systolic and diastolic myocardial function of uremia patients.Methods QTVI were performed in 48 patients with uremia and 20 healthy controls.The regional velocities of systolic,early diastolic and later diastolic period,time velocity integration of S wave (S-TVI) were measured in the mid and basal segments.Results Compared with healthy controls,uremia group 1 had significantly decreased E,uremia group 2 had significantly decreased E,S and S-TVI.Conclusions The systolic and diastolic myocardial functions of patients with uremia are reduced.The abnormality could be detected by QTVI.
