| 摘 要： | 目的探讨AO T形钛钢板内固定治疗鸟嘴型跟骨骨折的效果。方法采用AO T形钛钢板内固定治疗11例鸟嘴型跟骨骨折患者。结果 11例患者均获随访,时间12～18个月。跟骨Bhler角术前为-2°～13°（6.7°±7.3°）,术后为20°～40°（35.4°±6.2°）,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。患者跟骨长度、宽度均恢复到正常范围,足功能Maryland评分：优7例,良3例,可1例。结论 AO T形钛钢板内固定治疗鸟嘴型跟骨骨折,最大限度恢复了跟骨的形态及Bhler角,减少并发症。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the surgical treatment of beak calcaneal fracture using AO T-type titanic alloy plate. Methods AO T-type titanic alloy plate was used to treat beak caleaueal fracture in ll cases. Results l 1 patients were followed up tor 12 - 18 months. The average Btihler angle of patients was - 2 °～ 13° （ 6.7°± 7.3° ） before surgery and after operation was 20° - 40° （ 35.4°± 6.2° ） （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Length and width of caleaneal were restored to normal range. The Maryland scores were excellent in 7 cases, good in 3, and lair in l case. Conclusions Surgical treatment of beak calcaneai fracture using AO T-type titanic alloy plate can recover ealcaneal form and B6hler angle andreducecoplications. |
