摘    要:提出了基于煤质在线检测的配煤过程优化控制基本思路,建立了配煤过程稳态优化的数学模型,设计了基于煤量调节的配煤过程串级控制系统方案.结合常规PID控制方法,构建了主、副回路的自整定PID模糊控制器并对其有效性和稳定性进行了数字仿真.理论研究和现场应用表明:采用该控制策略的配煤系统工作可靠,控制效果显著,配煤质量稳定,配煤合格率比人工配煤提高20%以上、

Abstract:Optimization control method of coal-blending process based on the on-line detection of coal quality were put forward. The mathematic model of stable optimization was established, and design method of cascade control system of coal blending process based on coal quantity regulation was put forward, its performance, probability and necessity of fuzzy control method applying in coal blending process were also analyzed. Combining regular PID control methods, the main-auxiliary feedback self-organizing fuzzy PID controller was designed and the simulation verifies its advantage and stability. The results of practical application show that the performance of the control system is very steady, the effect of control is very obvious and the quality is very stable. The rate of eligibility of blending coal for the new strategy is more 20% than that of handwork.
