水果含糖量近红外检测系统及实验

摘    要:基于近红外光谱技术设计了一种便携式的水果含糖量检测系统,在特定特征波长应用最小二乘法建立了数学模型,并对其进行了校验,结果比较理想.该检测系统可以直接用于水果含糖量的快速分析且具有较高的准确性.

Abstract:A Convenient Measuring System for Sugar Content of Fruits has been designed Based on NIRS Technology, and Least Squire is then used to establish the prediction models, finally the result shows ideal through a series of test. This measuring system could be directly applied to quick analysis for sugar content of fruits with acceptable precision.
