| 摘 要： | 目的:分析临床常用治疗血管性痴呆的中成药的使用情况。方法:从中国期刊全文数据库中检索1979-2010年10月中成药治疗血管性痴呆的临床研究型文献,共得285篇。对其使用的中成药及组成中药进行分析。结果:临床研究频次较高的中成药有石杉碱甲、脑心通胶囊、银杏叶提取物、银杏叶片等;组成中成药的药物使用频次排在前6位的依次是石菖蒲58次、丹参48次、川芎47次、何首乌45次、黄芪38次、人参33次;将组成中成药的药物进行分类统计,使用频次最多的药物类型为补虚药。结论:用于治疗血管性痴呆的中成药较少,提取物类中成药在临床使用较多,但组分明确的中成药的种类较少。
