石漠化治理区不同优势树种根际土壤酶活性与土壤理化性质和微生物数量的关系

摘    要:为探究石漠化治理区人工林根际土壤理化性质及微生物数量对土壤酶活性的影响,以通径分析法对建水县小关村石漠化治理区不同树种根际土壤酶活性与土壤理化性质、微生物数量关系进行研究。结果表明:不同树种的根际土壤理化性质指标、酶活性和微生物数量除速效磷和真菌数量外,均存在显著差异(P<0.05)。根际土壤酶活性与理化性质、微生物相关性显著。影响过氧化氢酶活性的重要因子是全钾、放线菌数量、pH;影响脲酶活性的重要因子是pH、放线菌数量、全氮;影响蔗糖酶活性的重要因子是pH、全钾、全氮。综合来看,石漠化治理区人工林根际土壤酶活性受根际土壤理化性质影响较大,受微生物数量影响较小。

Abstract:In order to explore the effects of soil physical and chemical properties and microbial quantity on soil enzyme activity in the rhizosphere of artificial forest in rocky desertification control area, the relationship between soil enzyme activity of different tree species in rocky desertification control area of Xiaoguan Village in Jianshui County was studied by path analysis method. There were significant differences in soil physicochemical properties, enzyme activities and microbial number of different tree species except for the number of available phosphorus and fungi(P<0.05). The enzyme activities of rhizosphere soil were significantly correlated with physicochemical properties and microorganisms. The important factors affecting catalase activity were total potassium, actinomycete number and pH value;the important factors affecting urease activity were pH value, actinomycete number and total nitrogen;the important factors affecting in vertase activity were pH value, total potassium and total nitrogen. Generally, the soil enzyme activities in the rhizosphere of artificial forest in the rocky desertification control area are greatly affected by the physical and chemical properties of the rhizosphere soil, but less affected by the number of microorganisms.
