| 摘 要： | 介绍了用组态监控软件设计制作的自动配方焊条制造机系统.系统可用于制作J422焊条、J507焊条和自定义配方焊条.介绍了该系统的自动配方、自动传送与搅拌、自动计数和计数控制、用户管理等各种功能.利用组态监控软件使得系统能够实现对工作现场生产过程的实时监控,可以以动态画面直观、形象地表达所有的操作过程.

| Abstract: | This article introduced electrode manufacture machine system with automatic formula configuration monitoring software. This system may use in the J422 welding rod ,the J507 welding rod and the definition formula welding rod manufacture.This article introduced this system automatic formula,the automatic transmission with stir,automatically counts and counts control,the usermanagement and so on each kind of function.Using configuration monitoring software the system can real-time realize to the job site production process,all operating process may be direct-viewing by the dynamic picture,vividly expression. |
