深井水基泥浆页岩稳定剂——K-AHM的研制与应用

摘    要:本文介绍了一种新型的深井水基泥浆页岩稳定剂高改性沥青粉(K—AHM)的室内研制、性能评价与油田应用情况。该泥浆处理剂是磺化沥青和腐植酸钾的缩合物,突出的优点是能有效地抑制钻井过程中页岩膨胀与剥落掉块,稳定井眼,同时能降低泥浆的失水量,抗温达200℃。经在胜利、辽河、吉林、华北等油田80口井上使用效果良好。

Abstract:A new type of stabiliser in drilling fluid for deep well shale sulfonated asphalt-potassium humate condensation polymer(K-AHM )is developed and applied. The property evaluation of K-AHM is introduced in this paper. This stabiliser can restrain the expansion and sloughing of the shale encountered during drilling and reduce water losses of drilling fluid. It can stabilizethe wellhole and be of resistance to high temperature of 200 degree centigrade.K-AHM has beenapplied to drill deep wells in Shengli, Liaohe and other oilfields. The effect of application is better than that of other additives.
