一起铝电解槽漏铝燃烧事故的分析

摘    要:通过现场调研、理论计算和实验,对一起铝电解槽漏铝燃烧事故进行了研究和分析。认为事故发生的主要原因是在特定环境下,铝液表面氧化膜遭破坏,使铝液与空气充分连续接触,触发了铝氧燃烧反应,进而激发了铝铁还原反应、碳铝和铝氮等反应的发生,使燃烧进一步加剧。根据事故原因和机理提出了防止类似事故发生的建议。

Abstract:Study and analysis on a fire accident of aluminium reduction cell were carried out by locale investigation,theoretical calculation and experiments.It is found out that the reason for the accident is that the oxidation layer on the surface of aluminium liquid is destructed under particular conditions,and makes the aluminium and air sufficiently and continuously contact,which triggers the combustion,and further stimulates other reactions,these reactions strengthen the fire and cause the fire accident.Accordin...
