| 摘 要： | 铲运机是金属矿山井下生产的主要设备,其合理配置、高效运行对矿山节能降耗、提高生产效率至关重要。以WJD-0.75型电动铲运机为例,列举了生产运行过程中出现的常见故障,分析了故障产生的原因,介绍了故障排除方法,总结了故障处理经验及教训,值得借鉴。

| Abstract: | Scrapers are the main equipments used in the production under well in mineral mines .Reasonable allo-cation and efficient operation of scrapers is crucial to saving energy ,reducing costs and improving production efficien-cy.Taking WJD-0.75 electric scraper for example ,this article enumerates the common failures in the process of pro-duction ,analyzes the reasons for those failures ,introduces the methods of removing those failures and also summarizes the experience and lesson in dealing with those failures . |
