MMP-2和MMP-9在膀胱癌组织中的表达及相关性研究

目的研究MMP-2和MMP-9在膀胱移行细胞癌组织中的表达及其与膀胱癌侵袭、转移的关系。方法应用链霉菌抗生物素蛋白-过氧化酶(S-P)免疫组化方法,检测5例正常膀胱组织和49例膀胱移行细胞癌组织中MMP-2和MMP-9的表达水平。结果MMP-2、MMP-9在膀胱正常组织中均呈阴性表达,在49例膀胱癌组织中均不同程度的表达。随肿瘤分级的增高,MMP-2和MMP-9的表达显著增强(P值均小于0.05);随肿瘤分期的增高,MMP-2的表达也显著增强(P<0.05),而MMP-9在膀胱肿瘤低期和高期之间无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论MMP-2、MMP-9与膀胱癌的侵袭转移有关,且MMP-2可能对判断膀胱癌的预后有帮助。

Correlative studies of the expression of matrix metalloproteinase 2 and 9 in human bladder cancer

Objective:To study the expression of MMP-2 and MMP-9 and their correlation to the tumor invasion and metastasis in transitional cell carcinoma of bladder(TCCB). Methods:MMP-2 and MMP-9 were examined immunohistochemically in TCCB and 5 normal bladder tissue.The correlation between the expression of MMP-2 and MMP-9 and tumor grade and stage was analysed .Results : In normal control group,the expression of MMP-2 and MMP-9 was negative,but in tumor tissue MMP-2 and MMP-9 appeared to be far more abundant.The positive expression of MMP-2 and MMP-9 increased with tumor grade(P<0.05, respectively). MMP-2 also increased with stage(P<0.05). There was no significant relationship between MMP-9 and tumor stage( P>0.05).Conclusion : MMP-2 and MMP-9 play a key role in the invasion of TCCB , and also , MMP-2 may be useful in the evaluation of TCCB .
