激光表面熔凝CuCr50粉末冶金材料

摘    要:使用额定功率为9kW的连续CO_2激光在熔渗CuCr粉末冶金料片表面进行原位熔凝合金化,结果表明,2至3mm厚的CuCr50合金层内显微组织显著细化,CuCr组元分布均匀,熔凝层的硬度明显高于同组成的粉末冶金材料。这种具均匀细小的显微组织的CuCr50合金触头工作表面有列高的机械和电器性能。

Abstract:in this paper, Laser alloying on CuCr50 alloy surface with 9kW CO_2 laser was carried out. The results show that the microstructure of 2- 3mm CuCr50 alloying layer was obviously thinner than that of the substrate, the Cu and Cr elements was well - distributed; The hardness of laser alloying layer is higher than that of the powder metallurgy material outstandingly. This kind of CuCr50 alloy contactor by laser alloying would rather have higher mechanical and electrical properties.
