基于CAE分析的抽屉滑轨辊压工艺及孔型设计

应用有限元技术对抽屉滑轨产品的辊压成型工艺进行了有限元仿真分析,将分析模拟变形的结果反馈到设计参数中,通过测量变形后尺寸偏差量,分析产生偏差的原因,使用反变形法修改孔型参数,最终达到准确控制成形尺寸的效果。

Design of Roll Pass for Drawer Runner in Roll Forming Process Based on CAE Technique

The paper gave an example about simulating the roll forming process of the drawer runner, then the results feed back information to the roll pass design. Measuring the values of forming dimension deviations and finding out what cased them, modifying the roll pass parameters based on that, accurate forming dimension achieved.
