摘    要:将台花园网壳屋面系统采用了全焊接的钢结构节点,节点的六肢在空间交汇,几何形状不规则,为了检验节点的承载性能和安全储备,需要开展专门的加载试验研究.通过在矩形反力架上固定节点试件的三肢,对其余三肢进行轴向加载,控制轴向荷载的偏心实现设计荷载中的主弯矩施加,一共针对四个节点进行了试验研究.试验结果表明,节点可以安全承受设计荷载作用,且具有较大的安全储备.利用ANSYS建立考虑材料与几何非线性特性的有限元模型,对试验加载过程进行全过程模拟.有限元分析结果与试验数据吻合良好,验证了有限元模型的可靠性.加载试验研究可以较好地检验该类空间相贯节点的承载性能,所采用的研究方法能够为同类节点的设计与应用提供参考.

Abstract:The all welded steel joints were introduced into the roof system of Beijing Jiangtai Garden with irregular geometric configurations formed by spatial intersections of six separate beams. In order to verify the bearing capacities and safety margins of welded joints, it is necessary to carry out the specific loading tests. Through fixing three beams of joint specimens on the rectangle reaction frame and imposing the axial loads on the other beams, the main bending moment in the designed loads was achieved by controlling the eccentricity of axial loads. In addition, the tests were carried out for four welded joints from . The test results reveal that the welded joints can undertake the action of designed loads and possess sufficient safety margins. The finite element (FE) model considering both material and geometric nonlinearity was established with ANSYS software, and was used to simulate the whole loading process. The obtained FE results agree well with the test data, which verifies the reliability of the FE model. The bearing capacity of spatially intersecting welded joints can be well examined by the loading tests, and the adopted research methods can provide references for the design and application of analogous joints.
