摘    要:用薄层扫描法测定鹿龟酒中栀子甙的含量,加样回收率为98.54%,RSD=2.3%(n=6).

Abstract:Isozymes of lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) in the skim milk of 36 Miwa yaks and 15 cattle yaks (male x yellow cattle female Maiwa yak,F 1) were separated by agrose gel or polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis,only one band (LDH 1) was observed besides colostrum,in which three out of seven samples analysed exhibited 3 or 4 bands of LDH.Also,in eight milk samples including 5 yaks and 3 cattle yaks,LDH 1 moved faster than that of in others during the electrophoresis,and was named FLDH 1.The highest activities of LDH in colostrum was observed at the first day of lactation.LDH activities were higher in the milk of yaks than that of cattle yaks.It is suggested that the LDH activities in milk are related to fat contents and milk yields.The specific LDH 1 in the milk could be a special biochemical genetic characteristic of yak and its hybrid.
