PID参数模糊自整定控制在液位控制系统中的应用

摘    要:针对液位控制过程中存在的大滞后、时变、非线性的特点,提出了PID参数模糊自整定控制算法。运用阶跃响应测试对双容水箱液位系统建立数学模型选取恰当的隶属度函数和PID控制规则,设计PID参数模糊自整定控制器。最后,利用MATLAB工具对PID参数模糊自整定控制算法和传统PID控制算法进行仿真比较。仿真结果表明,与传统PID控制算法相比,PID参数模糊自整定控制算法具有超调小、调整时间短等特点。

Abstract:Considering the characteristics of long lag, nonlinearity and variation with time in the process of level control, a fuzzy self-tuning PID control algorithm is put forward. The water level system of a double-tank is studied in this paper and the mathematical model is constructed through step response test. Membership function and fuzzy PID control rules are selected to design a fuzzy self-tuning PID controller. Finally, the comparison between fuzzy self-tuning PID control algorithm and conventional PID control algorithm is conducted through the MATLAB simulation. The simulation results demonstrated that, fuzzy self-tuning PID control has more advantages over conventional PID control on small overshoot and short setting time.
