| 摘 要： | 目的探讨结核性胸膜炎发病的年龄、性别、季节及职业因素。方法选择西安市结核病院收治的337例临床资料完整、通过病理学、细菌学检查诊断为结核性胸膜炎的患者作为研究对象,进行流行病学分析。结果结核性胸膜炎好发于春、冬季节,以青、壮年男性为主要人群;其职业主要是农民及外出务工人员。结论结核防治部门可以此对易感人群进行针对性的宣传及健康教育,以减少结核病的发病率。

| Abstract: | Objective To probe into the characteristics of age, sex, season and occupation in tuberculous pleurisy patients. Methods 337 patients diagnosed as tuberculous pleurisy were selected and their clinical data were retrospectively analyzed. Results Tuberculous pleurisy occurred mainly in spring and winter. The main population was young and meridian male, whose occupations were mainly farmers and migrant workers. Conclusion The health problems of rural young and middle-aged male have serious hidden danger, and the whole society should pay more attention. |
