急性脑梗死患者脑脊液及血浆中GMP-140、vWF含量的研究

目的：研究脑梗死急性期患者脑脊液（ＣＳＦ）和血浆中血小板颗粒膜蛋白－１４０（ＧＭＰ－１４０）和血管性假血友病因子（ｖＷＦ）含量的变化及临床意义。方法：应用双抗夹心酶联免疫吸附试验（ＥＬＩＳＡ）法测定了３４例脑梗死急性期病人ＣＳＦ和血浆中ＧＭＰ－１４０、ｖＷＦ的含量。结果：病人组ＣＳＦ和血浆中ＧＭＰ－１４０、ｖＷＦ含量较正常对照组显著升高（Ｐ＜００１）。结论：脑梗死患者急性期存在高凝状态和血小板活化功能亢进以及脑血管内皮的损伤；检测ＣＳＦ中ＧＭＰ－１４０和ｖＷＦ含量的变化对进一步了解急性脑梗死的发病机理和治疗提供了理论依据，对于观察病情演变、判断预后均有重要的临床意义。

Study of the Contents and Clinical Significance of GMP-140 and vWF In Cerebrospinal Fluid and Plasma in Patients with Cerebral Infarction

Objective:To study the contents and clinical significance of Alphagranule membrane protein-140(GMP-140),von Willebrand factor(vWF)in cerebrospinal fluid(CSF) and plasma of patients with cerebral infarction.Methods:With ELISA method, GMP-140,vWF in CSF and plasma of 34 cases suffering from cerebral infarction were measured and compared Results:During the acute period of cerebral infarction,the contents of GMP-140,vWF in CSF and plasma were higher significantly than that of the control group( P <0 01).Conclusions:The GMP-140 and vWF in CSF are the specific parameters of the hypercoagulable state and of the damage at endotheliocyte of cerebral vessels in the patients with cerebral infarction.The measurement may be useful for study of pathological mechanism,differential diagnosis,therapy and prognosis of patients with ischemic cerebrovascular diseases.
