脊柱结核根治术后的康复护理研究

目的探讨不同节段脊柱结核外科手术内固定后的康复护理。方法回顾性分析2001年6月-2006年12月期间，本科接受病灶清除植骨融合及固定手术治疗并获得随访的23例脊柱结核患者的临床资料，颈椎结核、胸腰椎结核及腰椎结核患者均行前路Ⅰ期病灶清除植骨融合内固定术，观察术后和随访期间患者结核中毒症状和神经功能的改善情况、植骨融合情况及治愈率。结果正确执行标准护理计划的护理并抗结核治疗及功能锻炼的23例脊柱结核患者的症状明显缓解，神经功能明显改善，18个月后91．3％的植骨融合。患者康复治愈率78．3％。结论脊柱结核手术治疗中内固定应用植骨融合是安全、有效的，制定标准护理计划是手术成功及康复治愈的关键。

The study of rehabilitation nursing after radical spinal tuberculosis operation

Objective To study the rehabilitation nursing of segmental spinal tuberculosis treated with internal fixation. Methods 23 patients with spinal tuberculosis were treated with focal cleaning, bone grafting and fusion combined with internal fixation and the follow-up data were analyzed retrospectively from June 2001 to December 2006. The patients with tuberculosis of thoracic vertebrae and lumbar vertebrae and patients with tuberculosis of lumbar vertebrae were treated with fusion and internal fixation after anterior one stage focal cleaning. The situation of bone grafting and fusion , the improvement of tubercular toxic symptom and neural function as well as the rate of cure was observed after operation and during follow-up. Results After carrying out the normal nursing plans and measures and do the functional exercises of antituberde treatment correctly, tubercular toxic symptoms in 23 cases alleviated significantly and neural function improved obviously 18 mouths later, the efficiency of the cases treated with bone grafting and fusion reaches to 91.3%.The rate of recovery rate was 78.3%. Conclusion It was effective and safe to use bone grafting and fusion in spinal tuberculosis treated with internal fixation. Making the standard nursing plans was the key to do successful operation and get good rehabilitation.
