血清癌胚抗原、糖类抗原199、糖类抗原724检测对胃癌的诊断价值

目的了解肿瘤标志物癌胚抗原(CEA)、糖类抗原199(CA199)、糖类抗原724(CA724)在胃癌中的表达情况,为临床诊断提供参考依据。方法选择2010年1月～2012年3月在我院就诊的胃癌患者(106例)、胃良性疾病患者(138例)、健康体检人群(122例)为研究对象,检测所有对象血清中CEA、CA199、CA724的含量。结果胃癌患者三项指标均高于胃良性疾病组及健康对照组(P<0.05),三项指标在胃良性疾病组及健康组之间差异无统计学意义。Ⅲ、Ⅳ期和有肝转移胃癌患者的三项标志物水平及阳性率均高于Ⅰ～Ⅱ期和无肝转移患者(P<0.05)。结论胃癌患者血清CEA、CA199及CA724水平与胃癌的发生、发展密切相关,三者联合检测对胃癌患者的早期诊断、治疗和预后判断具有较高的实用价值。

Diagnosis value of serum carcinoembryonic antigen and carbohydrate antigen 199 and carbohydrate antigen 724 on gastric carcinoma

Objective To explore the expression level of CEA, CA199, CA724 in gastric carcinoma, in order to provide in- formation for clinical diagnosis. Methods Testing the level of CEA, CA199, CA724 all were selected as the study objects of the patients with gastric carcinoma and patients with benign gastric disease and healthy people. Results The level of the three parameters of the gastric carcinoma group was higher than those of the benign gastric disease group and healthy con- trol group （P 〈 0.05）, However, there was not statistical difference of the three parameters between the benign gastric dis- ease group and healthy control group. The positive rates were obviously higher than those during Ⅰ - Ⅱ stage and without liver metastasis of these three tumor marker in patients with gastric cancer during m, Iv stage and liver metastasis （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Testing the level of the serum CEA, CA199, CA724 are closely related with gastric cancer patients oc- eurreneing and developing, three markers combined detection have higher practical value for gastric cancer in early diag- nosis and therapy and prognosis estimation.
